Job requirements:
What you’ll do:
• Develop and implement account strategies for key clients in the construction, agricultural and specialty vehicle industries across Europe.
• Act as the main strategic interface for selected key accounts, building trusted relationships and understanding their long-term business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with our R&D and engineering teams to steer the development of customized sensor solutions and ensure rapid response to client specifications.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process for strategic accounts, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
• Represent the company at high-level client meetings, industry forums and key European trade exhibitions.
Who you are:
• Hold a degree in Engineering, Businessor a related discipline.
• Have proven experience in key account management or strategic sales, ideally within industrial sensors, electronic components or systems for the off-highway or heavy equipment market.
• Possess an established network and strong market knowledge of European Off-Highway OEMs and major industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in English; Fluency in German or another European language is a strong advantage.
• Are willing and able to travel regularly within Europe to meet with clients and support business development activities.
